Who wants some gumbo??

Eat

There are three things native New Orleanians discuss: the meal they are eating, where they ate yesterday, and where they plan to eat tomorrow.

Eating is more than just a way to get nutrition in this city. It can be a pastime, hobby, obsession, or all three. In our dining guide, the locals list some of our favorite places to eat and our favorite dishes! Look over the glossary of food so you will be prepared when it is time to order. Also check out the correct pronunciation of food. This is helpful in trying to understand waitstaff when they ask you if you'd like to start with some ersters (look it up!).

The restaurant booth will be set up close to the Hospitality Booth to give recommendations. Their hours are:
Friday: 4-7
Saturday: 9-5
Sunday: 9-5
Monday: 9-5
