The Austin Satellite Library was created and staffed in 1994. The
Library's collection includes legal treatises, statutes, law reviews and
general reference material. The Library's goal is to obtain needed material
from the best available source and in a timely manner. The Austin Satellite
Librarian serves the Judges and staff in Austin and Waco, as well as Lubbock
and Amarillo.
Sue Creech, the Austin Satellite Librarian, began working for the
Fifth Circuit in September, 1994. Previously, she worked ten years for the
Seventh Circuit Satellite Library in Indianapolis, Indiana. She received a B.S.
in Business Management from Marian College and a M.L.S. from Indiana
University.
