Located on the second floor of the Jack Brooks Federal Building, the Beaumont Satellite Library provides services to federal court personnel in the Eastern District of Texas and to members of the federal bar when they are in court. In addition to federal regulatory, statutory and case law, the library also has an extensive collection of Texas legal materials. Of special note is the collection of statistical and case study materials from the Department of Justice Bureau of Statistics.

Pray Law Library and enjoyed working reference and performing various research activities. He is experienced in providing reference services and in conducting print and online research specifically using: LexisNexis, WestLaw, PACER, and HeinOnline. Furthermore, Robert brings experience with archives and statistics.

Robert travels to the federal courthouses throughout the Eastern District of Texas at least twice a year to provide hands-on management of library collections in Sherman, Plano, Tyler, Texarkana, Lufkin and Marshall.
