    What are the hours of operation for the libraries?

    All libraries observe federal holidays, but a skeleton crew works most holidays in the headquarters library.
    Normal library hours are:

  • New Orleans Headquarters Library: The New Orleans Library is open to the public 8:00 am to 4:30 pm M-F
  • Houston Branch Library: The Houston Library is open to the public 8:00 am to 4:30 pm M-F
  • Shreveport Branch Library: Open to attorneys and individuals representing themselves in federal court.
