    What are the hours of operation for the libraries?

    All libraries observe federal holidays, but a skeleton crew works most holidays in the headquarters library.
    Normal library hours are:

  • New Orleans Headquarters Library: Beginning April 4, 2022, the New Orleans Library will be open to the public 8:00 am to 4:30 pm M-F
  • Beaumont Branch Library: Open to attorneys and individuals representing themselves in federal court
  • Houston Branch Library: Beginning April 4, 2022 the Houston Library will be open to the Public 8:00 am to 4:30 pm M-F
  • Shreveport Branch Library: Open to attorneys and individuals representing themselves in federal court.
